Shipping Policy

SHOELAB.PK is charging flat PKR 250 on all orders delivered in Pakistan. Please review our Return and Exchange policy for all type of returns on online orders.

• Once you place an order, you will receive a verification call to confirm your order, if the order is placed between 11am to 11pm.

• Cash on delivery orders will be cancelled if they are not confirmed via verification call within 3 days of order placement.

• We reserve the right to cancel the order(s) any time before the order is processed, reasons may include: Out of stock items, pricing or technical errors.

• Orders from Lahore will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.

• Orders from outside Lahore will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days.
